Getting to spend the night in such a thoughtfully decorated hotel, comfy beds, and a massive tub, was so relaxing. We're already excited to come back."

"The customer service at the hotel is very poor especially at the spa period then the room conditions were not good. We had a Jacuzzi bathtub that kept the motor kept randomly turning on while we were not even in the washroom, we're showering or bathing the remote for the T. V didn't work, the TV was antiquated. The tile on the floor were not secure, said they were loose and rocky, and it was quite dated in underwhelming. The toilet when you would flush it sounded like an engine was running in the tank.It was beyond loud."

"Great experience with family members/ We had 3 apt and family age was from 4 to 70y (10in total) All was great: Checkin the staff was friendly, we had lucky and received an upgrade (1 room only), the villa environment is very special and handy to have all resto, shops, fun close by, having a Hot tub to relax and chat with the kids was amazing. "Great location, building showing its age, wear and tear noted but very comfortable. Great design and layout. Garbage & recycle bins in unit too small. These need emptied by renters upon departure, bins in parking area. Comfortable beds, bathrooms good. Close to village. "
