"The staff was awesome super friendly and all smiles. Very helpful when asking for place to go in the area for dinner. The rooms were nice and bathrooms were update probably not long ago. For the money a great hotel. It was a last minute for me to book. The White House was not but a half mile walk with a ton of restaurants close by. "

"Pretty decent place to stay. Quiet for the most part. The room was nice and clean. The staff did give a little bit of trouble. I know check out was 12 pm and the front desl told us this. But the cleaning staff was knocking on our door repeatedly at 11:02 AM telling us it's check out time. We told them it's at 12 but they were adamant it was 11. I called front desk and they said 12. There was also the incident with my little sister's car on the parking lot they apparently don't manage. Gotta go on the website. The website wasn't great since after my sister's graduation, she wanted to renew the time. It was saying "sold out" and when we tried searching for the hotel property it wouldn't come up on the search results. The hotel staff wouldn't help up with this matter so that definitely wasn't convenient. Thankfully her car was safe so parking didn’t ruin her graduation. Breakfast was convenient but very repetitive. Egg mini omletes, mcmuffins, mini muffins, yogurt, and cereal. Pretty much the same thing almost every day for the 4 days I was there, except yesterday they added french toast sticks. Then today no French toast. Breakfast is for a span 3 hours only which is fine, I typically grab what the family and I want and go bscl to bed. It's also nice they have a drink machine that's operational for about 21 hours which is pretty nice. Get some coffee, hot coco, hot water or some warm milk for bed. Air conditioning and heat was good too in the room"

"Beautiful hotel, rooms in top quality with nice amenities. Be aware that if you stay at the hotel, they charge 50 to 100 dollars a day for parking. We had a Transit van, so it was 75 dollars, and that was an expense I did not calculate into the price of the room."

"Not enough staff"

"Property was under renovation and didn’t have elevator service to your floor. You had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to an elevator! Something that was not doable for a 78 year old with a cane. Instead I had to use a freight elevator in the kitchen. Also, the heater in our room was broken. It kept. Asking loud banging noises when the fan went on and off. I reported the problem the first morning we stayed and the second morning we stayed but kept getting runaround excuses as to why it couldn’t be fixed. They offered me a new room but I only had to stay 1 more night and didn’t feel like packing up my room to go to another room, only to have to pack again the next day."
