"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"This will be a lovely hotel with great location, pleasant staff on reception (although not able to do much) and nice decor. Unfortunately hotel undergoing renovations with staff giving empty promises on completion. Currently dusty and no bar. Even once completed there will be a major flaw in that there is one lift which can take up to 300kg but in reality only 2 people at a time, due to its size. Hotel has accommodation over 6 floors. Please read reviews carefully as little mention of work being undertaken and hotel and booking sites don't mention it. We found neither hotels.com nor hotel itself wouldn't help once we had booked."
