"Bathroom door lock was not working. Break fast was not good. Room and property cleanness are not up to the mark. Swimming pool is not working. Staffs are Ok "

Water was cold when I showered, garbage was left in the floor in my hotel room, the shower curtain was dirty, and some of my towels were not clean. Unfortunately, and no fault of the hotel, there were a lot of children running around, knocking on walls, racing up and down the hall ways. When I tried to call the front desk, no one answered. "
