Cozy bungalow home with LOTS of space. Modern decor throughout, fenced in yard, 1/2 mile from uptown. Location is a guest favorite for waking to uptown to dine and shop. Bath towels, linens, pillows and mattresses are all new, chosen with 'comfort' in mind

Location -
Walking distance to uptown for dining, shopping, events. Walking distance to The Constitution Trail, 45 mile of hard surface throughout the Normal-Bloomington area. Great for walks, biking, rollerblading, dogs. Beautiful scenery

Atmosphere/Decor/Comfort -
All modern yet cozy furnishing throughout the house. Total of 6 smart tvs, streaming Hulu, Netflix and Amazon. High speed internet, blue tooth speaker in the family room, new light fixtures and ceiling fans in all rooms, many candles and fireplace light with remotes. Very comfortable blankets and pillows throughout the house. All beds are memory foam, Tempur-pedic and cooling pillows in the rooms, down filled futon/couch in the unfinished basement bonus room,

Seasons Room -
Large dining table, 2 deep seat down filled couches, 70" smart tv, sound bar, remote candles, pac man gaming, lots of privacy as Seasons Room has an open view to the backyard/patio. This room also has it's own air/heat unit

In the basement

1 L shaped-Couch, pulls out easily to queen size sleeper

1 queen, 1 full, plug in, pillow top air mattresses

Kitchen, Laundry Room and Bathrooms are stocked. Kitchen is stocked for cooking and dining. Bathtub/shower upstairs. Shower in basement has detachable handle (good for showering pets and toddlers). Plush bath towels . Bathrooms are stocked with toiletries, Laundry room has plenty of supplies.

Park -
The elementary school is on the same street a few houses down, great park for climbing and swinging

Games -
Corn hole, board games, puzzles, books, cards as well as bad mitten can be found in the basement storage room. 4 cruiser bikes in the the shed that guest are welcome to use to explore the area.

Long driveway holds approximately 4 - 5 vehicles. Parking on the street is allowed on the opposite side of the house. If you are traveling with a dog, please inform me prior to check in as there is a pet fee of $100 per dog (max 2 please)
