"We had a good stay overall. The price of the room was reasonable, but it wasn't a home football weekend. The room was dated, but clean and quiet. The bathtub backed up with water because the drain was slow. The staff at the front desk was helpful. Breakfast was simple but tasty. We will stay here again when visiting our son who attends IU."

"I was a little hesitant about staying here - but for a budget friendly motel on a parents weekend, with limited choice, I have to say, i was pleasantly surprised. Most important for me was the cleanliness of the room - it was very clean, modern and enough space. The bed was comfortable, the staff / owners were super friendly. Its right next to a Pancake place so could roll out of bed and have a decent breakfast. About a 30 min walk to Kirkwood which was perfect for our stay. It got the job done - and cleaner than some of the other chain hotels that i have stayed at in Bloomington!"
