"Literally EVERYTHING was far and above a 5 star rating !!!! Especially the reception desk hosts in Sunday Sept.28th. We left a bad experience at a different hotel and were able to get booked here on very short notice with minimal waiting while rooms were prepared. Between the awesome front desk to the amazing housekeeping staff everyone there deserves a raise and acknowledgement of their presence. The ONLY thing I would change is that I wish we would have booked with them 1st !!!!!!! "

"We were very happy to have such a clean room! Also, we were thrilled that pets were accepted. The hotel was not only clean, but it's a beautiful hotel. The antiques and bronze decor was an unexpected surprise. The lobby area very comfortable. I loved the "library" where you could sit and relax while listening to the fountain. The breakfast buffet was actually pretty good. Many times the included "breakfast" leaves much to be desired. But this one was well stocked and had a nice variety. There's a sundry area for incidentals, toiletries and snacks. The hotel has a restaurant but we had made other arrangements so I can't comment on that. There's an indoor pool and hot tub plus a gym. I would definitely stay at The Chateau again. In fact, I've already recommended it. "
