Three renovated rooms on the second floor without elevator, comprising a living room, an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and water closet.
Sleeping capacity for 2 people and two children or 4 adults.
Not recommended for people with reduced mobility (no disabled access).
A travel cot is available if required.

Appartement, propre très bien équipé à 1 minute de la mer. (juste besoin de traverser la rue, mais on voit la mer depuis le balcon.) Bon accueil Place de parking à disposition.

Gelungener Urlaub

Sehr unkomplizierte Buchung, gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und auch mit Aline vor Ort. Die Wohnung ausreichend ausgestattet für uns 3 Personen. Sehr gute Lage, in 2 Minuten am Strand, in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Umgebung super schön.. also alles perfekt. Eventuell einen Hinweis geben, dass es im Elternschlafzimmer nur eine Bettdecke für 2 Personen gibt, damit man den entsprechenden Bettbezug mitbringen kann. Also nochmal vielen Dank,dass wir so einen schönen Urlaub bei Ihnen verbringen konnten.

Il nous a fallu refaire le ménage en arrivant, on aurait préféré ne pas payer les 100€ obligatoires pour le ménage final et le faire nous mêmes. Qualité des équipements à revoir : bouilloire encrassée, place de parking trés petite... Gros point positif :la proximité avec la mer.

Charmanter Ferienort

Die Lage der Wohnung war super, direkt am Strand. Nur wenige Gehminuten zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Blonville-sur-Mer ist ein super charmanter Urlaubsort, nicht zu überlaufen. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet, der Wohn-/Essbereich ist allerdings etwas eng für 4 Personen. Im Elternbett gibt es nur eine Bettdecke. Das Geschirr war nicht besonders sauber.

Vorsaison in der Normandie

Von der Wohnung zum Strand zwei Minuten zu Fuß, wo man lange Spaziergänge machen kann. Gute Busanbindung bis Caen und Deauville/Honfleur. Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck z.T. für Familie etwas knapp und in 'sehr individueller' Zusammenstellung. Teekanne fehlt. Sehr freundliche Kontaktperson Aline vor Ort, Kommunikation gut, aber nur auf Französisch.

Emplacement idéal pour profiter de la plage de sable toute proche. Bien placé également pour découvrir la Normandie. Logement propre. Place de parking très appréciable. Accueil agréable et efficace.

Urlaub am Meer

Näher am Meer geht kaum. Nette Wohnung, auf zwei Etagen, toller kleiner Balkon zum Garten raus. Von den Nachbarn hat man nichts gehört, die Straße war ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber ok. Einmal über die Straße und man ist am Meer mit tollem Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufiger. Gerne wieder.

L'appartement est propre, agréable et à été rénové récemment. La chambre adultes est spacieuse. Seul bémol: Frigo vraiment trop petit pour 2 personnes alors que l'appartement peut en accueillir 4.

Localisation idéale

Localisation idéale pour des balades en bord de mer (plage a moins de 50m, résidence assez calme. Pour le prix payé, nous aurions aimé avoir un petit effort en matière de propreté et des équipements (linge de lit vétuste/sale, coussin trop abîmés, matelas affaissés, poussières sur les meubles...). l'agence est très a l’écoute et réactive sur ce qui rentre dans ses prorogatifs.
