A lovely, air-conditioned house where you can relax

Spend a pleasant stay in this comfortable, air-conditioned, quiet accommodation, with a charming garden. It is composed, on the first floor, of a large bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with its laundry room and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and another separate toilet. A private parking space completes the services. Finally, you will be in the center of all the regional tourist sites (castles, Beauval zoo, Sologne).

The accommodations are heated on the first floor with easily adjustable heat transfer fluids. A pellet stove is available at an additional cost for a safe start-up. A real air conditioning cools the accommodation, especially the bedrooms located upstairs, one of which is supported by a ceiling fan. The windows are locked by roller shutters.
A living room welcomes you with 2 comfortable leather sofas, a coffee table on a carpet, a Hi-Fi system and a TV with a 108 screen. A box is at your disposal but the TV is not connected to it. On the other hand, an HDMI cable allows you to use the TV screen to better watch the movies received on your laptop. A little further on your left, you will find a small cloakroom for your coats and shoes.
The Dining Room is equipped with a large table with 6 chairs. An indoor bike is available at an extra cost to be able to use it appropriately.
The kitchen is pleasantly furnished and fully equipped with an oven, a 4-burner hot plate, an extractor hood, a dishwasher, a sink with 2 ceramic bins, a kettle, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer and a crumb vacuum cleaner. You will find a washing machine and cleaning equipment and products in the back kitchen.
Basic ingredients and items allow you to stay the first nights in the accommodation without additional purchases and in complete health tranquility.
Upstairs, you can sleep in 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a single bed. All bedrooms have Velux windows with blackout curtains and a large cupboard to store your belongings.
A bathroom with thermostatic shower, bathtub, sink and hairdryer welcomes you at your convenience. A mirror cabinet and a cupboard allow you to store your personal belongings. Dispensers for basic cosmetics (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel) are also at your disposal if you wish.
Household linen (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels and dish towels) is provided and installed to receive you effortlessly. On the other hand, to preserve the planet, it is requested to deposit, at the end of your stay, in the shower tray, only used laundry linen.
2 separate toilets, one on the first floor with a washbasin and the other upstairs, complete the comfort of this charming little house dedicated to the rest of its guests.

You access the accommodation through its private parking space. A Mailbox gives you the possibility to receive mail. A wicket gate, after collecting the keys in a key box, opens onto a very nice outdoor space, completely fenced and surrounded by hedges. In addition, a porch allows you to walk around the house and store your bicycles and other personal equipment sheltered from the rain.
