"A luxurious hotel located next to the river in the town of Leinz. The rooms are large and spacious and include a balcony with a small seating area. The room includes: minibar, safe, hairdryer, espresso machine and bathrobes for guests' use. The spa is large and includes several types of saunas and a pool. The breakfast is rich and varied."

"Rooom was spacius, clean, and comfortable. Wonderful balcony. Building is very nice and well taken care of. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The pool area was great and well kept. Additional things our kids enjoyed were the foosball, ping pong, and pool table. The views aren't amazing but you can at least see the town and hills. The town is charming, quiet, and fun. Stores are convenient. Parking was easy with a very short walk to the room. The only real issue we had was an hour plus wait at the attached restaurant for dinner. The apologized but it didn't make things any easier on us that night, and there are very few other dinner options in the direct area."

"The house is very nice and the location is good. It is close to a lake recreation area, ideal if you have kids. The village itself is pretty picturesque. The house is nicely equipped but it is not the most suitable to stay with small kids, it is well suited for a more grown up travellers. We did have a good workaround for the small ones and could also use the garden, which is a plus. I would recommend this place if your kids are not too small."

"Great stay and amazing staff. Rooms were extremely hot on arrival and no way to regulate heating bar leaving the door open all night. It resolved by night two after leaving windows/doors open all day. Room was directly above pool and sauna area which probably didn’t help."
