"I cannot thank the staff enough, most especially Jorge. OMG - he was the most responsive, thoughtful and helpful staff at the hotel. He went all out to help us mark the occasion of our 20th wedding anniversary. The breakfast was excellent! Transportation was easily sorted by having a taxi-like service and our driver was so dependable and kind to us. You will love your stay at this hotel. The only thing I'd say is that it needs a bit of refurb, especially the bathroom."

"The hotel is a standard type with beautiful grounds and pool. The rooms are clean and roomy with all the traditional comforts of contemporary hotel. The stay includes breakfast and dinner but the dinner service is basic. The staff is very professional and helpful- they assisted us with our last minute requests."

"A beautiful location with very helpful staff from check in to check out. We enjoyed our A-frame, including the swing and chairs on the front porch. An ideal place for a couple or family with older kids who will love the loft. We were able to relax and enjoy the surroundings or watch fútbol after long hikes. The restaurant was amazing, especially the local produce, for both breakfast and dinner. I strongly recommend staying and eating here."

"O hotel é fantástico, fica no meio da selva, você acorda com o canto dos pássaros, valeu a experiência! Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo recepcionista José, muito simpático e atencioso. Restaurante com ótimos pratos e atendimento perfeito. Café da manhã bom, ambiente agradável. Não fiquem no apartamento 112. devido a mata fechada, e por ser um quarto térreo, estava com cheiro de mofo e minha esposa tem alergia, falamos com José e deram outro quarto que estava 100% cheiroso."
