"We had a lovely stay and the staff were super helpful from arrival to departure. Excellent restaurant and nice little touches both at breakfast and dinner! I would say the lodges are rustic but equipped with lovely toiletries, Nespresso machine and fully fitted kitchen facilities. Overall a great stay and highly recommended. "

"Service ethic of staff is incomparable. Maria Lissett Leiva, Guest Experience Manager set standards that other resorts only aspire to. Given the hotel's location within full view of (and short walking distance to) one of the world's natural wonders doesn't hurt either. The food in the restaurant was delicious, breakfast as well as dinner and once again the service level was unparalleled. My partner and I felt near regret at having to leave such natural beauty and warm hospitality behind."
