"Location is horrible. I left early and requested a refund, after seeing roaches in the room when I notified front staff about the deplorable conditions I was asked why didn't I request a new room and I was told manager would be in at 9a and to return then to request refund. Roaches in the room, horrible sleep, constantly paranoid checking to make sure nothing was crawling on me or in or my things. Bright parking light shining through the window. Trash outside the property, second entry door does not work automatically. Front desk was not accommodating when I addressed my concerns the night prior, I was told I could pay extra. Outdated furniture and decor compared to other locations. Very noisy, you can hear everything from rooms next to your room, entire conversations, constant flushing of toilet, and a weird swooshing noise in the evening along with constant door entry from other guests in and out. Kept me up all night. Room did not come with a fridge or microwave or no soap in bathroom to wash hands or body wash. It's 2026 and basic amenities are not included. I called and inquired and was told I could pay additional money if I needed a fridge/microwave/ in the room i declined because I've never experienced this before at any hotel except this one during my stay. Had to trash all my food because no where to store it. I will never stay at a La Quinta again."

"It was a lovely place to stay right near the airport and car rental places. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.Breakfast was good but at 9 am they were out of some items and didn't restock. Also I wanted a printed receipt but they said I would get one via email but I didn't get it.We would stay here again"

"Front desk rude asf. Pool was and hot tub was dirty , bugs and hair , remind you it was inside pool not sure how it was dirty. (I booked for the pool for my daughter’s birthday) definitely do not recommend staying. "
