Gîte de L'epinette - Blancs-coteaux

The Épinette holiday rental is located in the town of Blancs-Coteaux (Vertus), in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, 20 km from Épernay and 30 km from Châlons-en-Champagne. It’s the perfect place to explore our beautiful department and all it has to offer (champagne cellars, vineyards, museums, hiking trails). On the ground floor, the cottage features an entryway leading, on one side, to the laundry room with a separate bathroom and, on the other side, to a large living/dining room that opens onto the fully equipped kitchen. From the dining room, you’ll have access to a private terrace and a courtyard. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms (160/200 beds), each with its own private bathroom. The landing also leads to a separate bathroom. The rental price includes bed linens (beds made upon arrival), towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and utilities. Electric vehicle charging stations are available 100 metres away.
