"My husband and I had a very nice stay here while we explored Vouvray, Tour and Amboise. A well-equipped kitchen and all the amenities we needed. The host quickly responded to any questions we had. We recommend!"

"Would not recommend this hotel at all. Awful, had to wait 20mins because the check in was at 2pm. Then a further 20mins so she could check with her manager if she was okay to check us in..key card didn't work so had to left our bags in the locker room! Heating didn't work and they didn't know how to fix it. Asked for a different room, told me they were all the same! No food available!! Only couple in the hotel. Decided to leave asked for a refund and told me to fill in a complaint and it was up the online operator to refund me!!!!!!"

"Being very far from anything and no choices for dinner, they take advantage of the guests. Offering a room service simple board of cheese and charging 15 euros for a glass of wine. No cleaning the room either."
