"Garden Suite was lovely and beautiful bathroom (with TV screen set in the tiles!) Lovely quality breakfast. Allowed to leave dog in room, but not to take him into breakfast which was understandable. Our dog kicked off barking and we couldn't leave him. Massive thanks to Caroline in the dining room as she accomodated as seperately in a room overlooking the gardens so we could bring our dog with us into breakfast!"

"Would have rated it 5 stars overall, but one or two things were allowed to run out. For example, the Aspels cider, the decaf tea sachets, and the decaf coffee sachets. Better checking on such things on a regular basis would prevent these from running out, because they could be topped up before they run out. Apart from the above shortcomings, good breakfast, good dinner, friendly and helpful staff."

"Everything was good apart from there were no segregated areas for people with dogs, they say next to us when we were eating. The second thing was that breakfast was included but it never said it was a continental breakfast in the room. "Brilliant Staff throughout the hotel….friendly, efficient, nothing too much for them! Food fresh and superb👌 Location peaceful with easy access in every direction. We spent 3 days driving the coast and around most of Norfolk and coming back to the peaceful hotel was what we needed. A minor glitch with their internet the first day which was speedily sorted. Definitely come back to The Harper next time we come to beautiful Notfolk."

"The hotel is in an incredible location with gardens running down to the cliff top and an unspoilt view. The building itself is very interesting and impressive to look at and around whilst the staff are very friendly and helpful making sure you have everything you need. The food was good and reasonably priced for the area and setting (lunchtime club ciabatta was lovely and very filling) as were the drinks. I paid a little extra for a Seaview room (well you are on a beautiful coastline after all) and it didn't disappoint with a fantastic view to the horizon left and right. A restful night in a comfortable bed and 11am check-out completed a really nice relaxing trip."
