"I evacuated here from Fort Myers when Hurricane Milton was looking to be a cat 5. I brought my 5 children and my dog, while my husband stayed behind with our other pets. The staff were excellent. There was a nice breakfast selection. The pool, although really cold, was nice and big and the kids had a lot of fun. "We can always depend on this hotel to be welcoming and clean. The room and the bathroom were very clean with products available. We love the breakfast as it always has a nice assortment of hot and cold items. They had apple cinnamon waffles, which were delicious. The breakfast lady, Lisa, is so social and does such a great job keeping food replaced and the counters and tables clean. We always stay there on our FL trips coming and going. We would like it if the fridge had a freezer in it so...

"The room,appeard clean but there were roaches and hopping spiders. The staff gave us som.e bug spray and we later bought some on our own. The staff was nice and accomodating. The grounds were not very clean and there were guests putting their cigarettes out on the stairs up to our room. Also flipping lit butts on the veranda where they could be stepped on. "

"This was not a family type vacation. I came to fish and wanted a nice clean place to clean up and sleep. The room was clean the water was hot. The manager was very nice and helpful. He keeps a close eye on the place and really wants you to enjoy your stay. I would stay there again."
