Could have been cleaner (Coffee grounds from previous renter still in pot, around baseboards dirty, etc) Beds were listed as double beds were actually futons and not real comfy. Yard was mowed but needed some weeding/landscaping. Contacted the host about WiFi password and he desponded very quickly."
