"The airport shuttle was very easy to find, once I arrived I called the hotel and they gave me a very detailed explanation as to where I could find the shuttle and it was quick and easy. Getting to the hotel the staff was very kind and they helpful in answering our questions and recommending things around the area."

"Very nice!! The lady working the counter accidentally transposed my room # and I couldn't open door oops someone was already in that room. Went back to counter and super accommodating, it was an honest mistake and not a problem. I was in service industry for 25 years, mistakes happen!! "

"The room was spotless and whole hotel sparkling clean. The tile work in every area was beautiful. The staff were very friendly & answered my questions about parking garage (not affiliated to hotel but attached) Very convenient location just a block from Nationwide Arena & entertainment district and attached to Convention Center. The Bar and Cafe was beautiful and the breakfast was top notch! We will stay here again! "
