We requested an early check in when we arrived. They told us that they had a room ready so it was no issue BUT they charged us an extra $60 + $10.70 taxes. I have never in all of my years ever been charged for an early check in when the room was already cleaned and ready for check in.

The hotel and my room were both nice & clean! Staff was nice too, but not too kind. My only issue was that I had to wait way too long for their shuttle at the airport (more than 37 minutes) and it was late as well at least 15 minutes.
They should have shuttles going around more often.
