"Very clean and comfortable room, especially the bed. Staff were good during check-in despite a trainee not knowing how to deal with pre-check in situations but he will get to learn. Parking was ample and easy to get in and out of. Did not have any meals at the hotel as found the menu to be very pricy."

"What a beautiful spot and a rare gem with a huge games room. We had a great time staying on big Rideau, we had three families staying together with 4 kids aged 5-14, we just wished we had booked it for longer. The house is beautiful and very nicely appointed, tons of activities for the kids, they had a blast with the games room, the arcade and the pool. Everything is setup to accommodate large gatherings and the host is quick to communicate and support. Bonus amenities are the beautiful trails at the nearby conservation area and there is a boat launch not far away in Portland (although there is a small launch at the property that could accommodate shallow draft boats.)."

"Absolutely one of the best I have stayed it. The room was just as advertised. The hosts were engaged and very responsive. The breakfast was out of this world. The attention to detail was out incredible. It far outshone any hotel I have experienced and I travel a lot. Kudos to the hosts. Your amazing as is your property and your rooms. I wish you the best. "Nice clean bright warm rustic log house with large backyard for our 4 dogs to run around. Good size bedrooms with a loft and bathrooms. Kitchen and dining area enough for group 8.
