"Stained and stinky sofa bed. Unclear communication on check in/out process. Check in office was unstaffed at the time of check in. I don't think we'll stay at other Vacasa properties again. "

"Warning: do not stay in room 310. Additionally, I would strongly advise you do not deal with or rent with Rocky Mountain Management. I have never written a review before but this place was by far the worst. 1. We were emailed check in instructions with codes for entrance gate and lodge entrance. That morning they changed the codes without letting us know so we could not get in the gate or the lodge. After freezing outside we finally got a return call with proper codes. "Great place to stay in copper mountain area. Large enough for our extended family group. The lodge met all of our needs for a summertime stay, with excellent hospitality. The lodge is a wonderful place to stay and felt like a home away from home. We saw a moose right off of the balcony and had fun hiking, biking and kayaking/paddle boarding in the area. "
