The cleaning people only made one bed because of a pillow we forgot on the other bed which is ridiculous. I have never stayed in a Doubletree before and I was told it was the best there was and I will not stay in another one. The room was dark and dingy. The view was a air conditioning units."

"We were in town from Pittsburgh for my mother-in-law’s funeral.. First of all, check-in couldn’t have been better. It was fast, easy and I believe her name was Stacy? She was the sweetest. The pillows were so nice that I wanted to take one home and make it my own, but I resisted the temptation. The room was clean. The bed was a little firm for my liking but I’m sure a lot of guests would appreciate that. Now for my dislikes. The smoke alarm located on the ceiling above the bed went off at 6:50 AM. Apparently it had something to do with the elevator malfunctioning. We were on the third floor and stairs aren’t a problem for me once I’ve had my morning coffee, but not for my partner who has knee issues. Considering the fact that there are a lot of other options in the area, I wouldn’t stay here again. "
