"The room was clean & spacious. Very accessible for my blind husband.Loved the electronic themastat for climate control. Brie, our check in staff member at the front desk, greeted us & was very helpful. She said if we needed anything, just ask. The only issue we had was the door to get into the building wouldn't open. I used the key, but that didn't work. A nice guest happened to see us & let us in. Perhaps someone needs to fix that door. Other than that, nice facility. We'll most likely be back, next time we come to Gaylord."

"Home was clean (coffee pot could use a deep clean) the rest of home was good. Yard was nice and it was a quiet residential neighborhood. Easy to get from home to larger areas for events/activities. Felt safe staying there."
