We arrived 10 minutes before the front desk was scheduled to close, due to weather and traffic conditions. We received a friendly and enthusiastic welcome. The room was clean and inviting. All was good for a one-night, economy stay.

Basic basic. No frills we don't want, need, or use. Just a pleasant check-in; pleasant, clean room; and enough space to move around without bumping into unnecessary furniture. A good night's sleep.

This motel is in downtown Gaylord, in walking distance to pubs and restaurants. It is affordable and clean. I prefer to stay here whenever I am in Gaylord.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located in downtown Gaylord. Many restaurants within walking distance. It's an older motel, but it was adequate for our night's stay. Some of the bathroom fixtures were newer.

This is the second time we stayed here. The hotel is nothing fancy, but it totally fits what we were looking for. Clean room and clean sheets ! It is located in downtown, therefore it is easy to get to all the excitement of downtown and not have to worry about driving if you like to indulge in the various alcoholic offerings that are available. It is an extremely fun area with a ton of places to visit.

Extremely quiet and clean but could use better pillows. They were flat and hard. Excellent outdoor lighting. Super clean.

Amazing value, clean, affordable, and comfortable.

The room was way nicer than expected for the price. The room was large, clean, and it had a large tv. Many budget options skimp on the tv size. Everything was clean and worked as expected. I have stayed in rooms double the price that were way worse. Would definitely recommend.

Very retro, but very clean. It is a vintage 1970s building that need a paint job outside. The rooms a small but very well maintained and very clean. We would stay again.

A disappointing stay.

We had stayed at this motel several times before in the past year and had a nice rooms. This stay was not !! The entrance door was filthy, the room had an Odor musty, old filthy filthy carpet. Odor from the a/c unit . The Mattress was old uncomfortable , sloped down on one side. The pillows were stained, flat and just old. Screws on the wall but, no pictures. The bathroom, has rust around the door frame and caulk in the tub. The vent is filthy. The microwave was dirty with food on the inside of the door. We felt like we were in a storage room thorn together for costumer at the last minute.

It's an old motel that shows its age, but for the most part the room was kept fairly clean. The pillows were flat and only 2 per queen bed. Even using both pillows it felt like I was resting my head on a board. The sink and surrounding countertop is about 6 inches higher than standard height, so if you need wheelchair accessibility, then forget it. However, the carpet and bed linens were surprisingly clean and unstained, an increasing rarity in today's lodgings. In the late afternoon on a Saturday it was very noisy outside with loud vehicles, loud music, and dope smoking in the parking lot, but it quieted down considerably as the sun set, making it a peaceful night. The price of a room was very high for what you get, but what was available in the surrounding area was twice the price, so it is what it is. There is no breakfast served, but you are very near to fast or slow food dining.
