With lofty 14-foot ceilings gracing the kitchen and living room, the space is flooded with an abundance of natural light, creating an inviting and open atmosphere with sweeping views of the beach, ocean, and mountains where your gaze will be graced by the occasional passage of cruise ships and the majestic migration of whales.

Saratoga Beach's beauty is enchanting throughout the year, with its velvety soft sands and picturesque views of the ocean. Moreover, its convenient proximity to Mt. Washington – the pinnacle of skiing on Vancouver Island – is a mere 30-minute drive away, granting you swift access to skiing, snowboarding, biking, and hiking. Additionally, the ease of access to a nearby grocery store further underscores the practicality and appeal of this remarkable location.

- The Beach House is built on stilts. All units are accessible only via outdoor staircases. Our townhouse units have an additional 2nd flight of interior stairs going up to the 2nd level. Please note that our units are not accessible for those with any difficulty on stairs.

Guests have access to the entire unit and unlimited beach access!

Stunning Beachfront Getaway – A Slice of Paradise!

Absolutely perfect! This beachfront property exceeded our expectations. Waking up to ocean views and the sound of waves was pure bliss. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach with stunning sunsets every evening. Highly recommend for a relaxing and memorable getaway! Only suggestion would be a patio gas lit fire pit to add to the ambience.

Property right along the beach with beach access, beautiful views from the beachfront villa, everything needed in the kitchen to cook and prepare your meals. Super cozy living room area. Washrooms in villa weren’t as clean as expected to be. Many creaks and noises around the house/property, mostly noticed in the evening-throughout the night.

Absolutely incredible!

My husband and I instantly fell in love with this beachouse! It is beautifully furnished and decorated, the bed and couch were very comfortable, the fireplace was enjoyable and provided nice ambiance, and overall, our stay felt very luxurious! The suite was steps away from the beautiful sandy Saratoga Beach, with a gorgeous backdrop of ocean and mountain views. We even saw a pod of orcas swim by one evening! The kitchen was well equipped as well with great appliances and some stylish ones too! Highly recommend! We will certainly be back soon!

Selfishly, I’d like to keep this to myself, because I would love to come back and stay anytime. I have the opportunity and I want it to be available. But that’s purely selfish.My husband and I have done a fair bit of travel inside and outside of the country where we reside and this is, without a doubt, one of our top three places ever to have stayed. I am a bit of a clean freak I admit, and this unit ticks every single one of the boxes. Very clean, nicely, equipped, and absolutely stunning view where we heard sea lions on our last night as they swam by in front of the unit. Each evening was spent on the patio with the fire going, relaxing and fixing dinner in because we had no desire to be anywhere else except that beautiful spot. This is a wonderful unit and there is not one thing I would change unless it would be to somehow teleport myself there quicker. Canada was more than we could’ve imagined and this unit was fabulous. Both our bear and whale watching trips were amazing. Our guides on both days (Captain John/Laura and Tyler w/Campbell River Tours) made sure that we saw bears, humpbacks, orca, sea lion, dolphins and the beautiful wilderness of amazing Canada. Cheyenne was fabulous and gracious to share knowledge about the bears and her Homalco culture on our trip up the Butte Inlet. DEFINITELY returning one day.Thank you Vancouver Island for treating us SO WELL!!

Spectacular location and beautiful view from the condo. Very well equipped inside and out…fire pit was really appreciated!. Top quality deco and accommodations, Only downside was the inoperable bedroom blind.All in all, a very enjoyable experience!
