Personnel serviable
Chambres petites et très vieilles dans le bloc 2, besoin de rénovation et nouveaux meubles mais propres
Les tranferts de nuit à 10 heures 45 max pour les vols canadiens qui arrivent passés 22 heures ne sont pas offerts malheureusement.

This was a great hotel for our stay in San Jose. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Check in was smooth and efficient, our room was fine, and we enjoyed using the pool (although it is cold) and the onsite restaurant.
