"Toller Ort mit einer Vielzahl von Freizeitangeboten/Aktivitäten. Die Umgebung auf dem Festland als auch auf der Insel ist sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hause war leider enttäuschend. Bis zum Ende alle Mails und SMS auf Schwedisch !? Zudem hat uns eine familiäre Atmosphäre gefehlt, alles war recht kühl und distanziert."

"Greit, men ikke mer. Vi var heldige og fikk oppgradert leilighet pga ikke strøm på kjøleskap. Der var badet nyere og dusjhjørne istedet for dusj i badekar. De vi reiste sammen med hadde ikke varmtvann og fikk dusje til oss.Gammel og sliten leilighet som trenger oppussing. Grei gåavstand til byen, men busstopp er like ved. Kort vei til handling og byens beste restaurant Luna, som er verdt et besøk. Ikke verdt prisen vi betalte. "

"In principle a lovely hotel (and the staff were really friendly), and in a fantastic location, but it has seen better days. Most irritating for us is that we payed extra for a sea-view, but that view was only visible from an odd corner of the room. Also irritating was that a sea-view from the sofa would be possible, but somebody built a wardrobe that stuck out into the room and hid the sea-view. Moving that wardrobe would be extremely easy and improve the room 100%! Could also remove a chair or...

"Reception staff and Hotel are nice. Had a beautiful sea view. Bonfires night, the nightclub continued until midnight which kept my child awake. Had an awkward moment with Emilie Ornqvist at breakfast where she refused to allow the Chef to make an omelette - we had one for the last 5 days. We even offered to pay for this but she refused - poor customer service from this individual and was quite rude. A good Hotel let down by an individual. "
