Front desk frequently left unattended and nobody available for room key issue or towel requests, then told takes a few hours for towels. "

"It was a comfortable room, they were no handicap or rooms available on the bottom floor and it was hard walking upstairs. I think they should clean the air conditioner filter daily , they were very dirty . Sorry I wouldn't stay there again, when we arrived they were cops there and at night two other gentlemen arguing, I had my granddaughters with me, it's not a place for family to stay "

But the absolute worst was having to shower with cold water, when I asked about it at the front desk, they told me I could talk to the manager the next morning. "
