The bed was a bit lumpy. The pillows are small and too puffy. Construction going on with noise starting at 9 am. Otherwise the room was clean, air-conditioned, comfortable and the staff was efficient and friendly.

The hotel room was clean and the air conditioner was very strong. The desk staff were nice and did their best. However, despite having submitted my information ahead of time for my stay, our room was not available for our 3pm check in. After giving my phone number to get a call when it was available and getting an estimate of a 30 minute wait, it took an hour and a half for the room to be ready. Upon receiving the room keys, they had somehow lost their magnetization and would not open the door, so I had to return and have them reprogrammed immediately. Additionally, I have received nearly a dozen emails/messages from the property that are all identical, with confirmation information for our stay, including after checking out.
