Beautiful views of Berchtesgaden area mountains. Quiet out of the city. Staff attentive. We didn’t partake in the spa features, woulda done the pond in warmer weather.

The room was very cozy and clean with balcony. Super friendly and professional staff, breakfast was so delicious. We will definitely go back again. I left my laptop after checkout , the staff were so kind to call me in time.

The hotel is pretty...however everything is too early. The spa closes at 7. Dinner ends at 7:30. Checkout is at 10 am. The food at the restaurant was good. The pictures show it as an isolated resort with nothing around it, truly in nature. There is a train at the bottom of the hill, by a highway, and a small town on the other side of the highway. Not a bad place, but not wonderful and not worth the price!!

Excellent property. I disliked the early 7pm pool/sauna closures…doesn’t really make sense if one would like to relax before bedtime. With the ability to tour around now with longer daylight hours…many tourists may not be back to hotel by 7pm. Also, would be nice to see more “spa feel” soaps/lotions in room. Maybe rotate local vendors spa products in rooms and sell in lobby. The hospital “sterile” soap dispensers in bathroom take away from the hotel’s ambience. Free parking which is a plus in this country. Staff helpful.

Sehr nettes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal. Leider kein Bus oder anderer Transport an die Skipiste. Man muss ein Taxi jedes Mal nehmen. Wenn man sportlich ist kann man zu Fuß hoch, dauert 20 min. Massagen waren auch gut. Wellness: es gib 1 tolle Sauna, mit Kamin, die Blockhütte. Ansonsten noch eine kleine Biosauna. Das Hotel hat einen großen Bioteich zum Schwimmen. Das einzige, was mich nicht angesprochen war, war das Essen. Das war eher mittelmäßig. Ansonsten sehr schönes Hotel.

Idyllisch und freundlich

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, da es sich als Wellnesshotel bewirbt und waren daher voller Erwartungen. Leider wurden diese bereits am ersten Tag getrübt, da die Saunen erst um 14:00 Uhr in Betrieb genommen wurden und auch nur bis 19:00 Uhr geöffnet hatten. Wir haben gefragt ob es möglich wäre, die Saunen bereits Vormittags nutzen zu können. Dies wurde umgehend freundlich eingeleitet aber leider waren aufgrund der Vorwärmzeit nicht alle Saunen auf entsprechender Betriebstemperatur. Um die Zeit zu überbrücken, wollten wir den Fitnessbereich nutzen. Dies wurde aber durch den im Gebäude ansässigen Physiotherapeuten verhindert, der den Raum für seine Patienten benötigte und durch ein „do not disturb“ Zeichen Ausdruck verlieh. Auch gibt es kein Wasser, um zwischendurch seinen Durst zu stillen (weder im Spa noch beim Fitness). Wer sich massieren lassen möchte, kann dies nur nach Absprache mit der ansässigen Praxis die sich zwar im Hotel befindet, aber extern betrieben wird. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und für Freunde des glutenfreien Essens ist gesorgt. Das Restaurant schließt allerdings um 19:30 Uhr. In der Nähe des Hotels sind aber sehr gute Restaurants. Fazit: wer entspannt vor Berchtesgaden die Seele baumeln lassen möchte, ist es okay aber man sollte keine großen Erwartungen an einen Spa-Bereich haben…dieser ist definitiv keine 4 Sterne wert.

Es war alles einwandfrei, super netter Service, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Für Familien mit Kindern 1a. Wellnessbereich incl. Hallenbad alles supersauber. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag: Wasser oder Teespender im Saunabereich.
