The property was lovely and very clean. The views from the balcony are so wonderful as the hotel is nestled in the mountains. The outlets above the bed have USB charging ports which was very handy. Overall it was a lovely stay!

No AC very hot!!

Nice new hotel. Our room was nice with a loft. No wall separation for show. Biggest issue was NO AC so very hot! No TV if that’s an issue. Free parking and beautiful views. Hotel staff nice but restaurant staff was slow and not as pleasant as prices suggested. i would stay again but not in the summer.

While the property is lovely with good facilities in warm weather the room was uncomfortably hot , no aircon which is not uncommon in Germany but not even a simple ceiling fan or portable fan available to move the air. Made sleeping difficult and with the blockout blind down it’s not good. Also no fridge in room to keep water cold, no tea or coffee in room. Expected more comfortable stay for an expensive hotel. Clearly set up for the colder months.

房內實在太熱了！我是6/25住宿，很難想像78月，一定熱到無法忍受！而且沒有冰箱也沒有冰桶，正值歐洲足球比賽，房內也沒有電視可以看足球！
