You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

"MILLAS HOUSE" traditional & modern 4 bdr .7 pers.

At 5 minutes from the lake's beaches and 15 minutes from the ocean, come and enjoy with your family this pretty new 160 m² Landes house with a sleek design.

Very bright with its cathedral ceiling, and its many bays, it opens onto a large terrace of 200 m²

Appreciate the calm of its garden for relaxation's time or inter-generational sharing...(ping pong, structure for children...)

Ideally oriented and isolated, the house is well tempered in summer and does not require air conditioning to feel good.

On its 160 m² on 2 levels, it has:

- An American kitchen with access to the terrace and dining area with plancha and bbq. It is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, washing machine, American fridge, De Longhi coffee maker, induction hob...

- A storeroom.

- A beautiful living room with cathedral ceiling with direct access to the terrace.

- 4 bedrooms (3 on the ground floor and 1 on the floor) :
. A master suite: 160 cm's bed, large closet, bathroom with shower and double sink.
. A bedroom with bay window: 160 cm's bed and closet.
. A child’s room: 90 's bed, closet (games, books and toys available)
. One bedroom: 2 x 90 cm's beds that can be assembled, closet.

- A second bathroom:

- The rental is non-smoking. Ashtrays are available outside.

- Capacity of 7 people including 5 adults maximum

Maison calme et reposante

Maison parfaitement adapté aux familles avec enfants. Maison neuve parfaitement équipée, agréable à vivre. Bien situé à proximité du lac de Cazaux, et de l'océan à moins de 15 minutes de voiture ou 45 minutes de vélo. Environnement permettant un vrai temps de repos.
