Nice location near the lake, 12 KM to Atlantic, 4 bedrooms, with huge garden

  • Our holiday house 'Villa Lac et Mer Kaiser' is located in a beautiful, green residential area on a 2000 sqm huge lawn with its own trees. It has five bedrooms! The beach on the lake is only 800 m. The great Atlantic beaches are only 12 km away. Thus one has daily the free choice: Lac et Mer - Atlantic or lake. Or rather relax on the large sun terrace (65 sqm, not visible, quiet, loungers, parasols, plenty of chairs and many tables, charcoal grill, BBQ. On the lake and the Atlantic, all kinds of water sports (surfing, surfing, stand up paddle, sailing, water skiing) are announced - or just relax and chill out. In addition to the large living-dining room with fireplace wood stove and big TV, satellite TV (F / D / E), 3-, 2-, 1 couch, good music system, Bluetooth, MP3 and CD & DVD BlueRay player, etc. are four Bedroom with a maximum of 9 beds (including 5 double beds) available. With an occupancy of 2 families, you can 'share' the house. The house is suitable for toddlers, good for many children as well as Seninorengerecht. Pets are possible on request.

Très décevant

L'annonce mentionnait 5 chambres et 2 salle de bains il n'y avait en fait que 4 chambres et 1 seule salle de bains vétuste. Nous n'aurions pas loué cette maison avec 1seule salle de bains et avons été obligé d'annuler la venue d'une partie de notre famille qui devait venir passer quelques jours avec nous. Le propriétaire nous a assuré que l'erreur venait d'ABRITEL. Nous sommes passés par votre site par mesure de sécurité et persuadés que nous aurions toutes les garanties sur cette location ce qui n'a pas été le cas.De plus " Le terrain n'est pas cloturé ( non mentionné dans l'annonce) alors que les animaux sont accèptés,la poubelle sans couvercle, porte d'armoire cassée, carrelage de la terrasse avant très détérioré et voir dangereux, barbecue très vétuste,( photos disponibles) bref, prestations très loin d'être à la hauteur du tarif que nous avons réglé.Nos vacances ont été en partie gâchées, nous ne passerons plus par votre site. Bel emplacement et grand jardin

La maison est trés bien placée à proximité du lac de biscarosse et le jardin est agréable. Les pièces de vie sont spacieuses et la cuisine bien équipée. Holger fournit de précieuses informations sur les environs et s'est montré très agréable. Concernant les aspects pouvant être ameliorés, la literie est un peu spartiate et méritait un coup de jeune. Un bon endroit pour passer des vacances en famille.

Super séjour à Biscarosse !

Une maison de vie joyeuse qui peut très bien convenir à 2 familles ou à plusieurs couples d'amis. Assez grande avec 4 chambres et 5 grands lits, assez grand séjour et cuisine. Il ne manque aucun élément pratique de confort. Par exemple 2 Lave linges et 2 sèche linge. Grand jardin avec arbres. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, et alternant les activités de voile et paddle sur le lac et les expéditions sur les magnifiques plages de l'océan.

Très bien !

Parfait pour 2 familles avec enfants, grâce à la chambre dortoir notamment. Exterieur top! Proche du lac et à une dizaine de minutes de l'océan, nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Grande maison avec grand jardin

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de la maison dans un quartier calme malgré la présence d'un grand camping à proximité. La maison est spacieux et très bien équipée. Le jardin autour de la maison est également grand (mais non fermé) et très agréable pour laisser jouer les enfants et profiter de la terrasse. Seul bémol, la maison mériterait d'être mieux entretenue, certaines pièces remises à neuf (ex: salle de bain, chambre avec mezzanine...), et certains mobiliers renouvelés (salons de jardins, BBQ).

Tolles Haus in toller Lage!

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut eingerichtet. Es ist dort alles vorhanden, was man braucht: Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Handtücher, Putzmittel, Küchenutensilien etc. Auch die große Terrasse ist sehr schön! Die Lage ist ideal; man ist in kurzer Zeit entweder an einem schönen Badesee oder am Atlantik. Zum See kann man auch zu Fuß gehen. Wie bereits von anderen Urlaubern beschrieben: der Campingplatz, der ganz in der Nähe liegt, dreht abends die Musik ordentlich auf. Allerdings hört man das nur auf der Terrasse und nicht im Haus selbst. Wir haben jede Nacht sehr gut geschlafen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können das Haus ganz klar weiterempfehlen!

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben mit 8 Leuten 1 Woche in dem Haus verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Top Ausstattung, es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Die Lage ist wunderbar, weite Strände, Wälder, Seen, es gibt viele schöne Orte zu entdecken und jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr sehr netter Vermieter, der uns viele Tipps gegeben hat. Sehr schöner Aufhentalt!

Tolles Haus mit tollem Grundstück

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, schnell und sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Haus ist mega gut ausgestattet (Küchenaustattung, Bettwäsche, Spiele, etc.), es ist einfach alles da! Alles sauber und gut funktionierend. Leider gibt es nur eine Toilette, die aber getrennt von der Dusche und den Waschbecken war, darum war das dennoch völlig ok. Etwas schade war, dass wir keinen einfachen Zugang zum nahegelegenen Campingplatz (und somit auch küzzesten Weg zum Strand des Sees) hatten, der Vermieter will sich aber darum kümmern, das der Zugang demnächst entspannter wird. Die Gegend ist toll: Meer, See, es gibt Möglichkeiten zu Wanderungen, alles wichtige für einen entspannten Urlaub sind gegeben.!!! Immer wieder !

Ein wundervoll gelegenes Haus

Ein ruhig gelegenes Haus, Weg zum Strand des Sees zu Fuß ca. 10 min, Campingplatz in der Nähe, abends oftmals "live-music", nicht störend, gute Restauration. In der Nähe weitere restaurants, auf oder neben Campingplätzen. Der Atlantik ist ca. 10 km entfernt, Fahrradwege führen auch dorthin. das Haus ist großzügig gebaut, gut eingerichtete Küche, eine schöne Terrasse mit Liegen und Tischen mit entsprechenden Sitzgelegenheiten. Fernsehen und DVD-Recorder. Auf dem Gelände verschiedene Ecken zum Spielen, Sandkasten, Ball oder Hütte bauen. Angenehme Atmosphäre, wohltuend. Jederzeit bedenkenlos wieder, danke.

Tolles Haus !

Wir haben mit neun Personen einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist einfach nur toll. Wir haben uns alle pudelwohl gefühlt und wollten eigentlich gar nicht so recht abreisen. Jedenfalls sind wir uns einig wieder zu kommen.

Maximaler Urlaubskomfort

Wir waren für 4 Wochen in der Villa Kaiser zu Gast mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind und Hunden. Die Anreise aus Norddeutschland war lang, aber von den 1600 km hat sich jeder Einzelne für diese Ferien gelohnt! Den Urlaub haben wir außerordentlich genossen, die umfangreiche Ausstattung war sehr hilfreich, das mitzunehmende Gepäck klein zu halten. Vor allem auch das vorhandene Babybett! Dank der vorzüglich eingerichteten Küche gab es die eine oder andere Schlemmerei, wir haben gut geschlafen, dank der Ruhe und der guten Luft.Die Aufteilung der Räume im Haus war wunderbar, jede Teilfamilie konnte sich ungestört zurückziehen. Für die Vierbeiner war es praktisch, vom Haus aus bis zum See und Strand von Navarosse losgehen zu können. Rund herum ein gelungener, erholsamer Urlaub für alle! Wir hoffen jedenfalls, dieses Reiseerlebnis einmal wiederholen zu können!

Schönes Haus am See

Wir hatten drei schöne Wochen in diesem Haus mit vier Familien mit sieben Kindern(9-14 Jahre). Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet,vorallem die Küche,so daß das Kochen für so viele Personen kein Problem war.Auch der Grill draußen ist sehr gut und schön groß. Das Grundstück ist riesig und eignete sich zum Fußball-und Volleyballspielen, außerdem hatten wir vier Hängematten dabei, die man alle gut zwischen den Bäumen aufhängen konnte. Der Campingplatz hat uns kaum gestört. Unsere Kinder haben bei der dort ansässigen Surfschule Unterricht gehabt,den man dort individuell vereinbaren kann, der nette Surflehrer spricht Englisch,und es war auch nicht teuer. Insgesamt kann man das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen,auch wegen des günstigen Mietpreises.

Sommer 2010

Wir waren mit 4 EW und 6 Kindern zwischen 1 1/2 und 15 Jahren da.Das Haus ist bestens für jedes Alter ausgestattet,ob Bobbycar oder Basketball. Für die Erwachsenen bietet der fußläufig erreichbare See oder der etwas entfernte ( 10 min Autofahrt) Atlantik ausreichend Abwechselung. Die Nebengeräusche vom nahenliegenden Campingplatz empfanden wir nicht als störend. Das Haus eignet sich hervorragend für 2 Familien. Sehr angenehmer und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern zwischen 9 und 15 Jahren im Haus. Die Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend, ein bischen eng war es mit einem WC und einer Dusche bei 10 Personen, aber man hat sich irgendwie arangiert. Die Küche und die Zimmer sind perfekt eingerichtet, die Terrasse sehr schön und das Grundstück so groß, dass sich die Kids aus dem Weg gehen konnten. Ein wenig störend war die all-abendliche Beschallung vom nahegelegenen Campingplatz, der die Musik von 21.30h bis fast 0h so laut aufgedreht hatte, dass man meinte, die Animation wäre im eigenen Garten. Aber auch daran hatte man sich nach 3-4 Tagen gewöhnt. Der See ist sehr schön, allerdings eher für kleinere Kinder, da er sehr flach ist. Der Atlantik hat uns dann mehr gezogen. Die Umgebung ist sehr sauber und in Biscarosse-Plage ist auch einiges los. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub.
