Maison très bien placée

l'emplacement de la maison est super pour tout faire à pieds petit problème du fait que la nuit nous sommes obligés de passer par la chambre lorsque l'on dors dans la salle pour aller aux toilettes, pas mis dans l'annonce. Autrement il ne manque rien. le fait que la maison soit collée, selon les voisins quand ils se trouvent à l'étage on a l'impression qu'ils vivent avec nous (je sais que vous ne pouvez pas faire grand chose !) si je devait recommander cette location, je le ferais.

Gestion et propreté qui laissent à désirer

Il avait été convenu une remise des clés à 14h. Lors de notre arrivée l'agence nous informé que les propriétaires sont là, les clés pourront être remises à 16h. L'agence n'a pas daigné nous prévenir le matin même . Après avoir signalé des poils de chiens partout sur les couettes, des lampes qui ne fonctionnaient pas, on nous a dit qu'un technicien prendrait contact avec nous. On attend toujours. Enfin la maison n'était pas propre. Poils de chiens sur les couettes de lit, sur la cafetière, poubelle, des traces sur les murs de la cuisine etc... Et dernier point le cabinet bedin ne vous fournit pas l'état des lieux, vous disant seulement que ça a été fait avant votre arrivée et le sera après votre départ, ce qui n'est pas acceptable et légal lorsqu'on demande une caution importante. Très mitigés et déçus sur cette agence de location et qu'elle bénéficie des services d'abritel.
