On check in I wasn't told where thr lift was, I had to ask never having been in the hotel before. The resteraunt was very expensive. Be aware.

ibis budget Birmingham Centre
Really good standard of cleanliness, cosy and very quiet room but the outstanding feature was how lovely,helpful and friendly the staff were. Close to New street railway station and Bullring for shopping. I would certainly recommend it
