Situated just 10 minute drive from Birmingham city centre and 5 minutes from University of Birmingham & Edgbaston Stadium, this spacious home boasts high ceilings, charming original fireplaces, and a large fully stocked kitchen perfect for socialising. Adding to its allure, the property is tucked away behind private gates shared with the neighbouring residence, offering one secure parking space. The Space:

Upon entering, you would find a welcoming hallway leading into a comfortable living room with high ceilings, a modern chandelier, a Smart TV, with a comfortable corner sofa and armchair for your relaxation. There is an open-plan kitchen and dining area, designed for modern living, with contemporary appliances and plenty of space for family meals and entertaining. There is also a convenient downstairs toilet. Moving to the first floor, there are three good-sized bedrooms, including a master bedroom that benefit from an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. The remaining bedrooms share an ample family bathroom with both bathtub and shower. Two of the bedrooms feature king sized beds that can be separated into twins.

The property also features a private rear garden, perfect for outdoor relaxation. For parking, there is one space available on the driveway, with additional street parking for other vehicles. This home offers a blend of comfort and convenience, making it a desirable living space for families or professionals with high speed wifi throughout.
