Open plan with downstairs Toilet large Lounge/Diner/Kitchen (Washer/Dryer, Fridge Freezer). Master Double and Single as is 2nd bedroom. 3rd has a single. Welcoming to Pets (Large Garden) Patio doors. For longer stays we can arrange weekly cleaning and bedding change at an extra cost

Three Bedroom Property with plenty of space. 2 Bedrooms with Double and Single configuration. 3rd Bedroom Single Only. Upstairs Shower Room and Downstairs Cloakroom. Bedrooms are laminated offering comfortable sleeping. Lounge is open plan with Corner Sofa and large screen TV. Decorated to a high standard and offering a Cot for families. Enclosed rear garden ideal for pet friendly accommodation. Fully fitted Kitchen with Fridge Freezer Oven Electric Hob Washer Dryer and Coffee and Tea facilities Toaster Microwave. Ironing Facilities also available as is a Hair Dyer. Parking for 2-3 Cars at the front of the Property makes this a spacious comfortable and well maintained option for sight seeing or working in Coventry or Solihull areas including NEC Concerts and Airport
