Top Birmingham Hotel Reviews
Comfort Inn & Suites at CrossPlex Village
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating and it was very affordable."
Quality Inn Pelham I-65 exit 246
8/10 Good
"Overall a pretty good experience. Our room was next to a smoking room so there was some smell in the room. Room has some wear. TV was older and smaller. But the bed was comfortable and clean. Close to a lot of restaurants. The breakfast was better than I expected for the price, eggs, sausage, waffles. The pool looks fine but we didn’t use it but I saw others who did. Overall it was a pretty good budget stay"
Hyatt Regency Birmingham-The Wynfrey Hotel
8/10 Good
"Wait time for elevator & people cut in line while waiting. No breakfast"
Drury Inn & Suites Birmingham Grandview
10/10 Excellent
"The room and facilities were clean. The bed was so comfortable. It was the best night sleep I had in a long time. All employees were super friendly and helpful. The food was actually good too. I will definitely stay there again."
Drury Inn & Suites Birmingham Lakeshore Drive
10/10 Excellent
"I was on vacation and I had the honor of staying at both Drury and LaQuinta, both right down the road from each other. Drury was so much better, the staff was so helpful and caring. When I checked in at Drury, a manager checked me in so if i encountered any problems the manager was literally there to assist with the problem. No problems with the check in, the manager (Briana) informed me about the breakfast times as well as dinner time and I was given a voucher for free drinks (which i did not get to enjoy because I only stayed with Drury for 1 night and I had an event to attend my 1st night). The next day the same wonderful manager (Briana) walked by my table as I was enjoying breakfast and asked if everything was going ok and about my activities I had planned. Manager was very engaging, I expressed that I was having some drainage problems in my bathroom sink. Briana had someone sent to the room immediately to fix the problem. I was overly excited and felt heard. When checking in at LaQuinta, process was smooth and they had a list of all the food and other stores there were nearby which was overly helpful for a traveler like myself. When I expressed to the front desk that my fridge was not properly freezing, I was told to "unplug the fridge and plug it back in". I was not happy with that response or interaction and the fact that I am working on my vacation. Room was clean, plaster and walls were separating and looked cracked and broken. Lighting in the room was not so good."
Holiday Inn Birmingham-Airport by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Staff was great, dinning options right in the hotel. Shuttle to the airport."
Residence Inn by Marriott Birmingham Downtown at UAB
10/10 Excellent
"The room was great full kitchen living room and bedroom. Tv had a weird placement but we didnt really used the tv everything else was great. For the price i was very well surprised. Didnt have the breakfast but the smell was great from the lobby."
Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"The room was very nice and clean. It was great to have a fridge. The two pools on the property were fantastic and well maintained. You can borrow bikes and ride along a nearby path. Tennis is also available. Of course, the whole reason for the resort is the beautiful golf course. It is well maintained and a real draw for golfers. While we were warned that there would be a $30 resort fee (plus tax) per day that would be charged at the completion of the stay, it would be nice if that fee could just be rolled into the overall price, rather than having to pay it separately. Overall, we had a fantastic experience."
Redmont Hotel Birmingham, Curio Collection by Hilton
