"Room was semi clean window had smudges and handprints all over it and the room also hand a weird smell. No mini fridge or microwave, come on guys. Breakfast was only so so and they wanted $19 for it. No silverware on the table or easily found either. Only stayed one night, it was ok"

"The staff was amazing and the housekeeping was really good about coming to clean. However, the condition of the hotel was absolutely horrible and absolutely nothing like the pictures described the toilet made a loud sound throughout the whole night. The room was super dusty and outdated. The phone didn’t work in the room. The TV also was very outdated. "

"Go with zero expectations. Breakfast was so-so - scrambled eggs, sausage and grits. A few bananas, but no grab-and-go items like apples, muffins, etc. You need a raffle ticket from the front desk. Our toilet flushed poorly, the tub was very slippery and the grab bar in the tub was coming out of the wall (screws exposed). We ran out of toilet paper the first day as they only gave us 1 small roll plus the remaining amount on the spool. After our first night, they knocked on our door and said they had to moves us up to the 4th floor. The saving grace - the beds were super comfortable and they had black-out curtains plus a wall AC unit that produced a nice air flow and white noise. We really just needed a place to crash, but it was honestly really terrible and in a sketchy area (we were warned several times by our Uber drivers not to go out after dark or hang around the hotel)."
