The triple room single bed was horrendous to sleep on. Not even suitable for a child. Felt every spring! Awful nights sleep.

Very tired out property, room could have done with redecorating, chipped paint everywhere. Carpet was sticky in places, one of the lights didn't work, not a pleasant smell in the room. Bed was horrendous like sleeping on a water bed with every spring you could feel. Bar area was very tired, one of the bench seats had a great big hole in it, nothing like the photos. Didn't inspire us to have breakfast here. Heard every siren that went past in the night,in the morning the window wàs dripping with condensation, like Niagara falls. Staff were ok, not the happiest. Didn't say on website had to pay for parking, only found the hotel car park after paying for parking.

It's an old Travelodge. Room was clean but not the quietest. WiFi doesn't work. Otherwise ok. Overpowering deodorant smell in halls.

Nice clean and comfortable room, only niggles bring a bit noisy, I thought the window was open, but it wasn't, shower tray was rather slippery, reception staff did not point out thr cafe as a breakfast option

Perfectly fine for the price paid, friendly staff and easy walking distance to the centre with shopping area, restaurants and bars, music venues, theatre and art gallery. Also the football stadium is on the doorstep.

Prepaid to reserve parking but there were no spaces when we arrived so had to go and find parking elsewhere. Rooms are clean and very basic but that was expected. Breakfast was again basic and a bit underwhelming in quality. Staff were very friendly though, they offered us the breakfast free as they couldn't refund us the car park because it's managed by a third party company.

Staff were delightful! But … Mattress was awful - collapsed on impact; TV was so small, and far away from the bed, that it looked like an iPhone screen; Shower dribbled out some water; Blinds on the windows did not keep out the light; Windows may as well not have been there, given the noise; Only stayed 2 nights, out of the 4 pre-booked and paid for.

You had to pay for parking and when we would come back at night there was never any parking yet we paid up front, the girl the day we checked in was snobby, i called to see if we could check in 2 hours early we had a long travel and was no you can but you have to pay extra, The area was good and convient and thankfully the beds were clean

Incredibly thin duvet. Neighbouring room left their noisy bathroom fan on at night. Reception staff gave me a new room, but this was in the middle of the night. Close to town centre.

Our room was very cold and noisy. Windows are old. We felt the draft & cold, heard noises (from the street: as cars, people were passing etc) all the time.

Still as bad as ever
I stayed last year (2023) overnight and i have to say it hasnt improved. This time i had a ground floor room facing the ring road. Sound proofing was non existent. Its a busy road all night long and you can bear everything. You can hear people talking as they walk passed its that bad. The mattress was like lumpy jelly, absolutely no support whatsoever. The window blind doesnt keep the light out completely. Usually you want black out curtains. Dont book/check in when Wolves are playing at home. You wlnt be able to park. Car park is an additional cost not mentioned at the time of booking. I wasnt charged last time i stayed but maybe i should have been. Toilet seat was broken. This was definitely my last stay, twice is enough. There are bettter places, cheaper, that can give you what you need.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!
The room is awful stains on the floor looks like dirt or worse and on the corridor and staircase before you enter the room. Dirt all down the corners of the room. The towels were stained but lucky never used them. The shower had an appliance hanging out of the wall and the bed was so uncomfortable. The staff were rude even when we checked in spoke to us with an attitude. When I pulled them up on there behaviour towards us they spoke to us politely. Not a great first impression. We left the earliest we could not even worth the money even if it’s cheap. It’s dirty and not kept clean even to a minimum standard. When we left I had to wash my clothes and have shower straight away we’re we went next because I felt so dirty.
