Good base for exploring the city centre on foot

8 of us stayed for 2 nights and there was enough space - it would be a tight squeeze for 10 (not enough sofa space!) and definitely not big enough for 12. We had everything we needed in the house, and were able to walk to the bistros in Brindley Place and into the city centre shops. The location was great - easy to get public transport or walk etc - but the area felt a little unsafe (though we had no major issues). Overall we had a lovely stay.
