We had a very comfortable stay thanks to ease of check in ,comfort of the room and great staff . It was close enough to walk to where we needed to go The breakfast was very enjoyable ,good variety of food for all tastes Overall a very pleasant stay

Very friendly warm welcome on arrival. Room comfortable and spotlessly clean. Location is great for the station and city centre, and all the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was adequate.

Was it extremely clean to a impeccable level The staff were friendly and helpful The bar staff was lovely For the price i feel like you got way more than you would in other hotels My only complaint was the rooms were quite warm

Minutes from NEW street/ Grand Central train station which is a 10 minute train journey from Birmingham airport. Clean spacious room with kettle, tea, coffee, iron and ironing board cleverly concealed behind a large full length mirror. Toiletries, daily housekeeping if you want. Given choice of floor we wanted. Late bar with hot snacks seved until around 9.30pm. Room service may be available. Store luggage for free, complimentary tea coffee in reception at hreakfast area. Staff so welcoming and friendly. Near to restaurants.....same bars etc and The Bullring shopping mall. Visit the library up at the square behind the hotel. Fantastic place with a theatre, cafe and bars. Try a bowl of hearty soup and Brummie cake. A type of bread with bacon bits tomato and Worcester sauce and cheese. A meal in itself all for £8.

Accessible room was excellent with a very comfortable bed. Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Only one area in the hotel that was a bit difficult as a disabled person was getting around the dining room. If a couple of tables next to the aisle could be reserved for disabled guests that would help immensely. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely big shower, good and plentiful breakfast. Staff were very friendly and willing. Good walking distance to the station and a car park next door. Room temperature was limited to 19 degrees and we found it a bit hot and stuffy, but we would happily go back again next year for our Crufts visit.

Stayed here as we needed a location easily accessible from the Utilita arena, had a great stay! Staff were very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was lovely. We had an accessible room as I am a wheelchair user and everything was perfect. I would stay here again!

Had a fabulous 2night stay at the holiday inn express on holiday street Birmingham hotel extremely clean breakfast was great with everything you need for a ample breakfast rooms were very clean with good bathroom facilities but most of all the staff here are a credit to the company nothing was too much trouble and hopefully we will return at a later date

A visit for Strictly Come Dancing tour
Check in was fast and efficient. Twin room which was very clean apart from stain on curtain and duvet cover. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. Sean who was working in restaurant was very helpful and polite. Very good value and would stay again.

Brilliant
Warm welcome and unexpected activity pack, drinks and sweets for the children which was really kind and we loved the message in the lifts to the Strictly visitors. Breakfast buffet never disappoints - the pancake machine was brilliant! Staff all lovely - thanks

Entrance on ground floor a little unwelcoming, with reception on 1st floor. Good value for price we paid, clean room & helpful staff - particularly Sean!
