Where do I start? Hadn't seen the email sent out on the day of arrival with details on how to access the lockbox to get a key so spent ages trying to contact manager without success. No towels - asked for supply by lunch next day but none appeared. Checked out after 2 of 4 days booked because of noise from room upstairs. No sound insulation, very creaky bed and very "active" occupants. Checked out and requested refund for remaining two days but they refused. Only booked it because it was so close to the Uni - and didn't notice that the 10/10 rating was based on one stay - with no actual review. This review should help correct that average. Do not book! You will regret it if you do.
