Lovely room and staff were amazing but just doesn’t feel like a hotel. Great for nearby conferences within the university but really wouldn’t stay for any other reason.

Area unpleasant with racist graffiti everywhere and lots of hangabouts. Hotel public areas very pleasant and room fine with a good shower and comfortable bed but no airflow or aircon so very stuffy. Breakfast staff manager was incredibly rude to me over a misunderstanding about breakfast that was entirely the hotel’s fault (reception had told me it was included, she said it wasn’t). Overall - would not recommend this hotel and would actively avoid if at all possible.

Amazingly friendly staff and very helpful. Car park is a short walk but not far from hotel. Was a little confusing finding the parking but was sorted easily with the help of the staff.
