"We had a great experience right from the beginning the communication was great the place was lovely and was just what we needed for my hubby and I and 2 teens, location was great. Only thing that could be improved is the wifi very patchy and sometimes did not work at all but still 5 star stay, definitely recommend this place, and will stay again next time we are in Christchurch!!! "The apartment was really clean and well equipped but there is an illuminated exit sign in the room that can not be turned off. Really hard to sleep as it was so bright."

"Not enough bedding for 5th person and couch bed was uncomfortable Stairs right next to one of the upstairs bedrooms and I felt nervous about my kids accidentally falling down stairs during the night in an unfamiliar environment - perhaps a child safe stair gate is warranted even for older children"
