Das Personal ist freundlich, aber größtenteils nicht sehr kompetent. Restaurant-Betrieb gibt es keinen mehr, das Angebot in der Bar ist sehr überschaubar, gleiches gilt für den Spa-Bereich. Der neue Besitzer A-Rosa befindet sich noch der Übungsphase gehobener Hotellerie. "

"I payed for the room in advance, but i was charged again upon leave. It was recognized in the last minute and promised to refund me in a week. Parking at the hotel costs extra, so we parked at the station instead. Breakfast can be approached either before 9 or after, but not at any time. If we wanted a dinner, we had to report in in the morning. Strange and somewhat funny rituals. "

Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "
