"Das Quartier war für uns ideal. Lage, Geräumigkeit, Balkonnutzung waren perfekt. Die Austattung war im Wesentlichen ausreichend, einige zusätzliche Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. Infos zum Aufenthalt, Seifenablage in der Dusche,Teekanne, Weingläser..., hätten den Aufenthalt angenehm abgerundet. Dennoch konnten wir unsere Zeit in der Wohnung sehr gut genießen. "

Die Stühle waren sehr wackelig bei einem kam eine Tackernadel raus, wo man sich die Hose zwrissen hat. Wir hatten Kinder mit Verletzungsgefahr, es gab anscheinend mal einen Wasserschaden der noch nicht richtig behob ist. Beim Duschen halten due Fugen nicht dicht und ds Bad schwimmt. Die Klobürste fällt ab, sehr traurig dfür das Held. K"

"Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos, Empfangsdame war sehr freundlich. Bei Ankunft war die Heizung bereits angestellt (Ende Mai), vielen DANK für diese Aufmerksamkeit! Grundausstattung vorhanden (Spülmittel, Trockentücher, Kaffeefilter und WC-Papier). Wohnung im guten Zustand, sehr gute Gesamtausstattung; Nachtlicht im Flur vorhanden. Kleiner Hinweis, Whg im EG - Fenster Terassentür nicht abschließbar! Kaffeemaschine sollte dringend mal entkalkt werden...Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!!!"

"Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic. "

"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters. The 2 room apartment is big and has everything you could need including a drying rack, pots and pans for cooking, hair dryer, and plenty of tables to eat. Only one thing to note, at least for us, the shampoo dispenser was outside the shower with no other options provided, so consider to bring your own."
