Fantastic place to stay. Staff are so helpful. It’s the perfect place to stay when going on a cruise. The terminal is over the road. The beds and pillows were comfortable and shower had great pressure. There is a food hall attached to the hotel and bar.

We are from Australia and travell all over Europe buying for our Antique store. Never before have we stayed in a hotel as good as this. It starts the moment you enter the place. Friendly, efficient smiling staff greet you, all is 100% efficient. Our room was like a suite, everything is in large proportions and spotless. The only small criticism is that there are no tissues in the bathroom, sorry, large bathroom, but this is all we could fault. I continually went to the reception and complained...

Would have liked a double bed but they have 2 small beds pushed against each other. Not ideal when your sharing with a loved one.

Apparently Fletcher Hotel policy. This is very annoying to British and Australians who like a cup of tea. I had to search the town and buy a jug for 29 Euro, but I don't see why I should. Staff were very apologetic, and obviously didn't agree with penny pinching policy. This policy alone would make me avoid a...
