"Avoid it. We notified the reception saying we would arrive at 11pm. They said fine door will be open and key inside. When we arrived the door was locked, no key available and no one was answering the phone. Nice to have to find a hotel at midnight with wife and two kids. Avoid it at every cost. "

"We had a great week here at AluaSoul, I donât know what the poor reviews are about but the all inclusive option had as much food and drink to satisfy an army. The adults-only pool is lovely with lots of loungers with own fully stocked bar with snacks. Great staff. Really quiet and friendly place. Will be back. "

"The location is fantastic overlooking the sea with ships and boats of all sizes heading into the harbour. The short journey to and from Mahon is easy and inexpensive. The Staff are all very welcoming, friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The food is excellent with a variety of choices everyday cooked fresh with something for everyone. Weâve been several times before and certainly will be back, thank you."
