"Wow, well where to start. This hotel is above and beyond! The staff cannot do enough to help and make your stay brilliant. We stayed here for two weeks and during this time it was my partner’s birthday. I asked Dani, a gentleman on reception if he could possibly put some balloons and banners out that I’d brought with me whilst we were out in the day and he went above and beyond organising a bottle of cava and a birthday cake with a personalised note! "We stayed during 3 nights so we opted for the apartment versus Capri, sister apartment next door. It was clean with lots is space however one set of pillows smelled stale and not laundered. The staff was very helpful. It would have been nice to have access to the pool but apartments do not include pool, breakfast or snack bar access. Overall, good stay. "
